Ca' dei Mongi
A hidden retreat in the hills of Lago di Garda – designed by Daniela and Alv Kintscher.

Ca’ dei Mongi means House of the Mongi in Italian, a name inherited from the previous owners. Here, creativity unfolds in harmony with tradition and nature.

We were fortunate to witness and capture the space’s transformation into not just a design oasis, but a true home, shared with family and friends.

The duo embraces the tradition of the place, gently blending Italian spirit with the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi—the art of balance and embracing imperfection.

Every element of Ca' dei Mongi is thoughtfully chosen to reflect the land and create a sense of harmony, simplicity, and belonging.
